Registered Dietitian and Head of the Nutrition and Dietetics Department, MGM Hospital, Vashi for 18+ years. Trained in low FODMAP diet from Monash University, Australia, renal nutrition, nutrigenomics & a certified diabetes educator. Vice-president of IAPEN Navi Mumbai Chapter. Recipient of IAPEN Distinction Award at the state level for outstanding nutritional practice in 2020, and the IAPEN National Quality Awards for nutritional innovation in 2023. Ms. Shifali is the chief programme officer for the IAPEN Geriatric Nutrition Core group. 

Ms. Richa Shukla

Registered Dietitian and Head of the Clinical Nutrition Department, Jehangir Hospital, Pune for 25+ years. Trained in low FODMAP diet from Monash University, Australia; ESPEN Diploma Certified, and a Certified Food Safety Supervisor (FOSTAC Level-1).  Recipient of IAPEN IAPEN Quality Award at ICNC 2023. She serves as Honorary Secretary of IAPEN India (Pune Chapter). She has also published extensively, including contributions to the Indian Head and Neck Cancer Guidelines in the Journal of Nutrition Research (JNR).

Mrs. Bhakti Samant, Masters in Dietetics, Registered Dietitian (RD), is nationally recognized Clinical Nutritionist with over 20 years of experience in medical nutrition therapy, critical care, and metabolic health. She currently serves as the Chief Clinical Dietitian at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, Mumbai and the Honorary Vice President of the Indian Association of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition ( IAPEN-India), Mumbai Chapter. She is a leading voice in clinical nutrition practice and education. She holds the prestigious European ESPEN Diploma in Clinical Nutrition and is an ESPEN LLL Teacher, actively contributing to global academic advancement.
